At Wellspring, we believe church is much more than just attending a weekly service—it’s about becoming a family of brothers and sisters in Christ, united in a mission to make disciples of all nations. We are shaped, empowered, and led by God as we invest in building meaningful relationships and grow in our faith together.
Our Small Groups are designed to create these connections, offering a space where everyone can feel united, supported, encouraged, and spiritually strengthened.
From the very beginning, the church modeled this kind of community. Acts 2:42–47 (ESV) says:
“And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers… And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people.”
This passage reminds us that the early church grew through both public worship and close-knit gatherings in homes—just like our vision for Small Groups today.
Our Life Groups are a great way to connect with others in the church, build relationships, and grow spiritually. These groups meet throughout the week at various locations across the city. Life Groups are an opportunity to do life together in a smaller, more intimate setting where you can share, pray, and study the Bible with others. Whether you’re looking for encouragement, fellowship, or a deeper understanding of God’s Word, Life Groups are a perfect place for you.
In addition to Life Groups, we also have Interest Groups designed for those who want to connect through shared hobbies and activities. These groups meet around various interests, such as sports, arts, cooking, and more. It’s a great way to get involved with others who have similar passions while building community and friendships.
We also offer Bible Classes and Studies that dive deeper into specific topics or books of the Bible. Whether you’re new to studying Scripture or want to go deeper in your faith, these studies provide a structured and enriching environment to learn more about God’s Word, discuss with others, and grow in your understanding.
Our Discipleship Groups are small, intentional groups where one person walks alongside two others for a period of 12 months. Meeting approximately once every two weeks, these groups focus on deepening faith and growing as disciples who make disciples. The goal is for each participant to grow in their personal walk with God and be equipped to lead others in their faith. After a year, those who have been part of a Discipleship Group will, if the timing is right, begin their own groups, continuing the cycle of multiplication by leading and discipling two others.
